Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at customercareddscents@gmail.com to request a return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
Important:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Check your order when it arrives! If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customercareddscents@gmail.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, return the one you have (following the return process), and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
